AGE ELIGIBILITY CHANGES EFFECTIVE 2023-2024 COMPETITION YEAR
The Pageant is Open to females Ages 13 to 18. Candidates must be 13 on the
first day of the State Competition. Teens age 18 can compete as a "Teen" or a "Miss"
Candidate. You must be born between the years 2006 to 2010. Entrants must be
single, never been married, never given birth to child, of good moral character, and
U.S. citizen.
